My eulogy to Gerry;
Taking a walk with Jesus,
Walking with a new style.
You proudly enjoy your new body.
With no memory of pain at all.
The twisted limbs are now straight,
No more wheelchairs or braces for you.
Greeted by Angels in Heaven,
The song you sing is new.
Gerry you were so strong and giving.
Sharing a smile along the way.
You supported our group members,
With compassion and love each day.
Our group will always remember you.
Know that you will be missed,

Dr Harvey Bernhardt
Passed away of a heart attack on January 9, 2007
He was 62 years old. Dr Harvey Bernhardt always had a smile for everyone.
His company was Founded in 1986, Bernhardt Laboratories is an anatomic pathology &
molecular pathology laboratory headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida.

| JOE RAKER Joe Raker died in his sleep on July 4, 2009 He was a long time member of our support group and was at most all the meetings. He was also on our Board of Directors for many years. He will be missed by all who knew him. |
